
Psychological well-being is the well-being needed by every individual in an organization and is important to pay attention to because it is positively related to performance and productivity in an organization. Psychological well-being is the result of an individual›s evaluation or assessment of themselves which is influenced by the life experiences and hopes of the individual concerned, and is used to describe the individual›s psychological health (Ryff, 2018). Psychological well-being describes a healthy individual›s mental state so that it influences other aspects of life. Psychological wellbeing in organizations includes several aspects, namely physiological, psychological and financial well-being.
